MARKETING EXECUTIVE- Farm Produce

The organization has been highly successful in growing their market share in the fresh foods category. The business has now reached a stage where footprint and volume need to expand aggressively. To support the ongoing growth and development of our exciting products, we are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team and develop consumer and corporate sales in Nairobi.

The role will have direct responsibility for developing a wide portfolio of accounts, ranging from consumers to restaurants to corporate dining clients. Your key remit will be to drive sales across the range through the activation of brand visibility, brand support initiatives directed at potential customers and direct sales.

We are looking for an individual with a min c.12-18 months FMCG sales experience gained in direct and corporate sales. Previous experience of working in the fresh foods sector would be an advantage, but ultimately we are looking for individuals who can display a genuine passion for the foods category and would like to develop a long term career in the sector.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility that will test your influencing skills from day one. To be successful you will need to display a confident, articulate and persuasive personality, combined with passion and a drive for success.

The Marketing Executive Role will require a young lady aged between 22 and 28.
They should have a mix of pragmatism and sophistication in handling potential customers.
They should have worked in retail sales, either directly with a retail chain or managing a supermarket account for a foods manufacturer or having worked with a promotion agency that handles foods.

Target Remuneration- Kes 35,000 – Kes 50,000
