Our Client is a private company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania that provides Identification, Cards and Security related solutions. The company has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, go-getter, self driven and highly motivated by results individual to fill in the position of Business Development Manager.
The individual responsibilities will mainly involve Developing, Planning, Co-ordinating and implementing marketing & sales strategies – designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities for the services/solutions that the company offer.
The above responsibility involves dealing with new and existing business prospects, therefore a client-focused approach, with proficient sales and negotiation capabilities are critical, all with the focus of creating new business wins.
We are therefore looking for a person;
– Experience in the security Industry A MUST.
– With proven success in sales ability within a fast paced target drive sales preferably in similar or related industry
– Able to identify, develop new business opportunities and diligently pursuing them.
– Self direct, plan and execute professionally
– Must be extremely effective at initiating high value contacts and possess strong presentation/convincing skills to close deals.
